  • Team Collaboration: Work with other maintenance team members to provide general maintenance around the property and maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems and components, including Tracer Summit and Automated Controls.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Current HVAC certification or license.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
  • Physical Demands: Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy equipment.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed.
