Key Responsibilities:

  • Enroll candidates and manage subject data for clinical research trials.
  • Collaborate with the clinical research team to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with VCU colleagues and affiliate sites.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including word processing, data entry, and spreadsheet management.
  • Strong clinical skills, including empathy and ability to work effectively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and software applications.
  • Knowledge of Institutional Review Board (IRB) and regulatory requirements.
