In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with KCP Account Managers and end-user clients to facilitate the seamless installation of KCP dispenser fixtures.
  • Take charge of the Onvation Smart Restroom dispenser and network hardware installations, guiding a team of third-party installers.
  • Conduct site surveys and manage installation requests, providing hands-on support and direction as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary on-site leader for Onvation installations and site surveys.
  • Utilize your knowledge of KCP dispenser functionality and network options to deliver effective solutions during project kick-offs and debriefs.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in digital tools relevant to installation processes, including Onvation dashboard applications.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to third-party installation teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Engage with the Activation Specialist to address customer inquiries and concerns throughout the installation process.
  • Work collaboratively with the R&E team to enhance dispenser functionality and design.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing among Field Installation Project Managers and the sales team.
  • Independently manage travel arrangements while adhering to budgetary guidelines.

This position is designed for remote work within a designated service area, and candidates should be located within a reasonable commuting distance.
