Radiologic Technologist

At SMI Imaging LLC, we are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team as a CT Scanner Specialist. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about radiology, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans on patients, adhering to departmental protocols and guidelines.
- Prepare patients for scans, explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
- Operate CT scanners, ensuring proper function and maintenance.
- Develop and document images, maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Registration as a Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) and CT Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Valid hands-on CPR certification.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, sit for prolonged periods, and stand/walk frequently.
