Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter financial data into computer systems and databases
  • Process invoices and receipts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Reconcile financial statements and prepare journal entries
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing financial reports

Requirements:

  • High School graduate or equivalent with basic math skills
  • No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly

Additional Requirements:

  • Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office software

Estimated Salary: $30,000 - $38,000 per annum
