Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to join our team at Beacon Hill. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for mentoring Account Executives and providing counsel and thought leadership to management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research client companies to build long-term partnerships
  • Deliver sales presentations and gain an understanding of staffing requirements
  • Work with a team of recruiters to develop and refer appropriate candidates for open positions
Requirements:
  • Prior staffing industry experience with proven success in business development and account management
  • Strong sales and partnership-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
