Role Overview:
  • Serve as an expert in PeopleSoft Financial Management (FIN) solutions
  • Engage with business units and managed service providers to facilitate daily financial activities
  • Oversee the partnership with ERP Managed Services Providers to ensure service level agreements are fulfilled
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to guarantee the smooth functioning of the ERP FIN application
  • Lead the investigation and resolution of production challenges
  • Advise on corrective actions and system enhancements
  • Draft and assess business requirements for system improvements
  • Supervise SFTP server operations for data interfaces
  • Introduce enhancements in operational workflows
  • Promote performance enhancements with Managed Service Providers
  • Assist in testing initiatives and monitor project advancements
  • Notify account managers of planned system downtimes
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years in PeopleSoft ERP Operations Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft Financial Management
  • Background in application management or outsourcing
  • Strong communication skills within a large organizational structure
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in the public sector
  • Familiarity with Tier-One System Integrator firms
  • Capability to address issues at all organizational levels
  • Experience with upgrades and patches
Preferred Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • PeopleSoft Certification(s)
  • ITIL Certification
