Key Responsibilities:- Identify and analyze potential referral sources within the primary market area.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in senior-related sectors.
- Leverage networking and outreach strategies to generate leads.
- Effectively communicate the community's value proposition and competitive advantages through consultative selling.
- Collaborate with the community team, marketing agency, and corporate resources to contribute to the community marketing strategy, including organizing on-site events for prospective residents and referral sources.
- Generate engaging content for social media platforms to promote the community.
- Work alongside the PR agency and Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement a comprehensive Public Relations strategy.
- In partnership with the Sales and Marketing Director, plan and execute all functions related to Resident Referral, Lead Generation, and Resident Ambassador programs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of senior living communities and healthcare providers in the primary market.
- Participate in community leadership and owner meetings as required.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document contacts, interactions, and track performance against goals.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Engage in direct selling activities with leads and prospects as directed by the Sales and Marketing Director.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or marketing.
Proficient in computer-based record-keeping and word processing systems.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
Extensive knowledge of business development practices and demonstrated proficiency in sales and marketing.
Physical Requirements:This role typically involves working in a well-lit and comfortable environment. Candidates should be able to concentrate amidst frequent interruptions and be capable of walking for up to 75% of the workday. The ability to tour the entire facility, including assisting individuals in wheelchairs, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 25 pounds independently is required.
