Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless insurance pre-authorizations for various treatments, procedures, and services.

Your primary objective will be to verify patient eligibility and coverage details with insurance providers, resolve authorization issues or discrepancies, and maintain accurate records of authorizations and follow-up on pending cases.

You will work closely with our billing department to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement for authorized treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and obtain insurance authorizations for patient treatments, MRI's, injections, procedures, etc.

Verify patient eligibility and coverage details with insurance providers.

Communicate with insurance companies to resolve authorization issues or discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records of authorizations and follow up on pending cases.

Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement for authorized treatments.
