By partnering with health plans and Risk-Based Entities (RBEs), we aim to make Evergreen's clinical services accessible to those who need them most.
About the RoleThe Director, Payer Partnerships will lead our value-based contracting efforts with health plans and RBEs. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on establishing trust with internal stakeholders and external partners alike. You will be responsible for communicating Evergreen's value proposition, driving pipeline development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality care solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to grow relationships with existing partners and attract new ones, accelerating the contracting process.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficient delivery of our care model, leveraging existing capabilities to meet the needs of health plans.
- Serve as a key liaison between Evergreen and health plan leaders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the contracting process.
- Drive business growth through data-driven decision making, utilizing analytics to inform strategy and optimize outcomes.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on value-based contracting.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborative leadership.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest level of professionalism in all interactions.
- A competitive base salary ($140,000 - $180,000 annually) commensurate with experience.
