Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Enterprise Application Developer to join our team at Temple Health. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and guidance on full life cycle software development, support, and operation of Finance, Supply Chain, and other ancillary application areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with other team members to develop and implement best practices for software development and maintenance.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on packaged enterprise applications and internally built software solutions.
  • Lead project initiatives and manage full life cycle software development and operations, including design, development, integration, testing, and release activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and propose initiatives that enhance IT and business operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft utilities, Process Scheduler/Monitor, Data mover, Import Manager, and upgrades, relational technology, Query, BI/XML, SQL, and Windows or Linux.
  • 3 years of experience with PeopleSoft Financials and/or Supply Chain programming in a production environment.
  • 1 year of experience working in a healthcare/hospital environment (preferred).
