Job Summary:

Comcast is seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead the development and support of Workday, Kronos, and related applications that support Human Resources, payroll, and benefits processes for the company's global operations. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement software solutions for the company's key enterprise human resources systems

Collaborate with the business department to develop functional requirements and technical designs for solutions

Mentor junior-level team members and provide guidance on software development best practices

Utilize Enterprise Application Integration Tools and Platforms to integrate Workday and Kronos applications

Troubleshoot application integration issues and provide technical support as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Five years of experience developing software applications for enterprise systems

Three years of experience creating databases using SQL Developer, utilizing Tableau to build reports and data visualizations, and implementing job scheduling using UC-4 and XGears

Strong knowledge of Workday features, including RaaS, Studio, Extend, Workforce Integration Manager, and Reporting

Excellent communication and leadership skills
