Nursing Unit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our skilled nursing department as a Nursing Unit Manager. This is a full-time, day shift position at our Bethlehem Woods facility in Washington, DC.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the activities, workflow, and nursing resources of assigned nursing units to ensure efficient and effective delivery of health services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Conduct hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluating of staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services for assigned units.
- Assure resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiating corrective action as appropriate.
- Monitor and adhere to budget guidelines to ensure financial responsibility.
- Required Credential(s): BLS Provider and Registered Nurse licensure.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and 3 years of experience with 1 year of cumulative leadership experience.
