Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as an Information Technology Systems Analyst. This position will be responsible for defining and developing computer systems suitable for our workflow and production.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement computer systems that meet business needs.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop solutions to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Maintain and upgrade existing systems as required.
  • Recommend solutions related to hardware and software acquisitions and/or network updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or related field required.
  • Minimum three to five years' experience in an IT environment.
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems, Networks, Databases (SQL, Oracle), Software, and Applications.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $27.96/hour and $32.15/hour based on education and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, employee assistance program, and flexible spending account.
