Job Description:

TruGreen is seeking a skilled Information Technology System Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our computer systems, ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define application problems and develop solutions by conferring with customers and evaluating procedures and processes.
  • Develop and implement alternative workflow solutions to improve system efficiency.
  • Control solution implementation by establishing specifications and coordinating production with IT Business Analysts.
  • Validate results by utilizing testing programs and ensuring operation by training client personnel and providing support.
  • Provide reference by writing documentation and updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in complex systems design implementation and support.
  • Microsoft Certifications and/or Cisco Certifications are preferred but not required.
