Aveanna Private Duty Nurse RN(Weekends)

We need skilled nurses to provide one-on-one care to our patients in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will work with our patients and their families to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities

  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in our system of record
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease prevention
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
  • Follow up with physicians, clients, family members, and staff on client problems and concerns

Requirements

  • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
