Mission Regional Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join its Rehabilitation Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of excellence in healthcare.
Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes. You will also provide education and support to patients and their families, as well as collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a current and valid state RN license, current BLS (AHA) certification, and ACLS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is preferred, as is certification as a Rehab Registered Nurse (CRRN). You will also need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
