About the Role:

NaphCare is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters. As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-tier support related to the design, installation, management, and maintenance of our nationwide network of sites and users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation, management, and troubleshooting of Cisco and Aruba networks
  • Implementation, management, and troubleshooting of Palo Alto Firewalls
  • Keeping network documentation updated and current
  • Communicate with end-users to provide top-tier support for network issues

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of network architecture experience is required for this senior-level position; 12-15 years of relevant experience is ideal
  • Bachelor's Degree and previous IT consulting experience highly preferred
  • Solarwinds, Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Switches, Aruba AP, Wireshark knowledge
  • Avaya IP Office experience a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Visio, Word, and Excel
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and ability to communicate with all levels of cross-functional teams
  • Ability to logically troubleshoot to create innovative and practical solutions for problems as they arise
  • Ability to manage individual tasks and move projects towards known goals with minimal supervision in a team-based, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to travel, as needed, to support networks across the country
