KellyMitchell Group is in search of a Systems Implementation Specialist. The ideal candidate will be adept at engaging with various stakeholders, managing customer communications, and performing basic troubleshooting across multiple software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver primary support during system conversions to ensure that client functionalities are accurately configured to align with their requirements and expectations, leading to a successful implementation.
- Configure, install, and provide support for Merchant systems, applications, or process designs tailored for the company's outsourced technology and business process solutions.
- Collaborate directly with clients to facilitate initial access, assist in mapping and transferring data, generate necessary process documentation, and aid in reconciliation efforts.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of installed systems; identify and document technical challenges to be escalated to relevant product and system integration teams for resolution when necessary.
- Offer insights based on client interactions to product and professional services teams for enhancements in products and processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong written communication abilities, as the majority of interactions occur through email and ticketing systems with higher education clients.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient troubleshooting skills, with a critical eye for minor details.
