Job Summary:
The Warehouse Receiving Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by receiving all goods and materials, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and collaborating with the Warehouse Logistics Manager to ensure timely distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect all incoming goods and materials
- Verify accuracy of receipts and update inventory records
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Logistics Manager to ensure efficient distribution
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of clerical experience, preferably in a warehouse setting
- Knowledge of construction materials and supplies, preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Valid Hawaii Driver's License and successful review of Motor Vehicle Record
Working Conditions:
The Warehouse Receiving Assistant will work in a warehouse environment, which may involve exposure to extreme temperatures, dust, and other environmental factors.
