About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rooms Administrative Assistant to join our Transportation Department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for coordinating the resort's fleet of vehicles, typing correspondence and reports, and ensuring seamless communication between executive offices and other staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the resort's fleet of vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient transportation for guests and staff
  • Typing correspondence and reports, including composition of letters and memos
  • Open and examine incoming correspondence, re-routing mail as necessary
  • Handle telephone calls for the executive offices, ensuring proper and correct communication between executive office and other staff
  • Support the Rooms Division managers as needed
Requirements
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Physical stamina to stand for 8 hours per shift and lift/push at least 50lbs
  • Warm and welcoming smile, positive attitude, and knowledge of local areas
  • One-two years of previous experience in a relevant Front Desk role
  • Valid driver's license
