Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer primary skin care to patients, concentrating on the treatment and management of skin conditions.
  • Adjust treatment plans to accommodate the physical and emotional needs of patients.
  • Comply with established medical protocols, as well as CMS and OBRA guidelines regarding pressure ulcer management.
  • Exhibit behaviors that align with our core values and contribute to the organization's strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of an accredited LVN program and possession of a valid California LVN License.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in acute care, particularly in skin disorder management.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Intravenous (IV) Certification (to be obtained within 90 days of employment).
