Overview of Responsibilities

  • Oversees daily operations within the District to meet sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and workforce management goals.
  • Fosters a culture of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures optimal staffing levels are maintained.
  • Mentors team members to enhance their contributions and prepare them for future advancement.
  • Conducts on-site evaluations with restaurant management to promote ongoing improvements in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
  • Drives sales performance against budget and prior year results.

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma required; College degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in restaurant operations.
  • Familiarity with relevant Federal, State, and Local employment regulations.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
