Position Overview:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will engage in various administrative tasks to support the Marketing Department.
  • Assist with website upkeep, including image management, pricing updates, and information revisions.
  • Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct research on new communities and aid in marketing and web setup.
  • Perform community visits to ensure that model and inventory homes are effectively marketed.
  • Coordinate photography efforts.
  • Assist with e-blasts and social media communications as required.
  • Help organize divisional special events such as Grand Openings and Preview Events.
  • Maintain the Media Planning Tool.
  • Conduct regular website audits and update necessary information.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a one-year certificate from a college or technical school, or have 3-6 months of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, along with general computer skills, is essential.
Successful candidates must hold a valid driver's license.
