We are seeking a qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach graduate nursing students in the classroom and/or clinical setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and contributing to the academic success of our students.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate nursing students in the classroom and/or clinical setting

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and course materials

• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback

• Participate in course orientations and training sessions

• Collaborate with Lead Faculty and Program Coordinator to ensure a smooth teaching experience

• Maintain accurate records and submit required documentation

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in nursing or related field

• Master's degree in Nursing

• Licensed as RN in the state of Illinois

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior teaching experience in graduate nursing programs

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Blackboard, Desire2Learn)

Work Arrangements

• Part-time employment on an individual course basis

• Flexible scheduling to accommodate student needs
