We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Clinician to join our team at the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. As a key member of our youth services department, you will play a vital role in providing clinical support to unaccompanied children entering the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough intake risk assessments within 72 hours of clients being admitted into the program.
- Screen for potential trafficking or other concerns and make referrals as needed.
- Provide a minimum of weekly individual counseling sessions to clients.
- Offer family therapy sessions, as required, to support clients and their families.
- Lead twice-weekly group therapy sessions with all clients in the program.
- Regularly update clinical supervisors on each client's progress.
- Participate in weekly individual and group supervision with a licensed supervisor to ensure best practices.
- Attend required training sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field, such as counseling.
- Must be licensed or license-eligible to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed treatment modalities and a commitment to providing culturally sensitive care.
