Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Wellness & Resiliency Clinician (Fee for Service) to join our team at Northern Children's Services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the healthy development of children, youth, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to assigned caseloads
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with supervisors, psychologists, and other treatment team members to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document all client interactions and progress in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a clinical mental health discipline
  • At least two years' experience working with children in a mental health setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
