**Basic Qualifications**

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field in Science or Mathematics. Additionally, a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience is necessary, or a Master's degree with at least 6 years of applicable experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

A Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at the time of hire. Candidates must be capable of obtaining a Secret clearance within a reasonable timeframe from the date of hire. Selected applicants will undergo a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information. Due to the nature of the work conducted within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

As a leader of quality assurance teams, you will design, implement, and uphold quality assurance protocols and methodologies for transforming materials into partially finished or finished products. This includes formulating methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and assessing the precision and accuracy of production processes, equipment, and final products.

**What you bring to the table:**
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Strong proficiency and understanding of domain methodologies, tools, and standards (hardware, software, systems, logistics, manufacturing)
  • Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, CMMI, ISO 14001, ASME, ANSI, EIA, etc.
  • Expertise in relevant inspection and measurement tools and techniques
  • Capability to take a leading role in quality assurance engineering
