Job Title: Real Time Operations Analyst

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a highly skilled Real Time Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing operational and strategic support to client missions in a 24/7 shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor system data and optimize configurations to ensure seamless operations
  • Conduct active collection analysis, including fusion analysis and production coordination
  • Produce intelligence product reports and products in support of mission objectives
  • Communicate clearly with operators and identify, retrieve, and fuse pertinent information for analysis and reporting
Requirements:
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in the intelligence community, or 4+ years of experience in the intelligence community in lieu of a degree
  • Ability to work a rotating shift pattern covering 24/7 mission
  • Experience with adapting to the real-time mission and responding flexibly and dynamically to ad hoc requests
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in the intelligence community
  • Knowledge of OPIR tasking, collection, processing, exploitation analysis, or dissemination processes
  • Ability to demonstrate ingenuity, resourcefulness, and application of highly advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts

Salary at Booz Allen Hamilton is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD).
