**Job Summary**
The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is responsible for providing general non-certified routine services in accordance with established procedures and may be directed by supervisors.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services, including trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service, including transportation of residents to and from dining rooms, tray delivery, and ensuring great dining experiences.
• Answers resident call lights promptly and ensures that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Assists with 1:1 observations as assigned and maintains communication with Nurse Supervisors/Charge Nurses to report any resident changes in condition, concerns, and grievances.
• Provides great customer service, companionship, communication, and engagement in activities.
• Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable, such as checking sitting positions, hydration, and passing medications.
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.

**Qualifications:**
• Education: High School/GED
• Experience: 0-1 years
• Licenses and Certifications: None Required
