About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Infant Toddler Teacher to join our team at Guidepost Montessori. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe and understand the needs of each child to provide personalized support
  • Prepare a beautiful and orderly environment that fosters independence and concentration
  • Provide individual and small-group lessons to support each child's development
  • Form personal connections with each child and cultivate a community of collaboration and respect

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience working with children ages 0-6 years old
  • 90-hour pre-service training or willingness to obtain before start date
