We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our Guidepost Montessori team. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with experienced guides to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters independence and curiosity.
  • Provide individualized support to children, offering guidance and encouragement as they explore and learn.
  • Assist in preparing lesson plans and activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students.
  • Contribute to maintaining a tidy and organized classroom, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children aged 0-6 years.
  • Pre-service training or willingness to obtain before start date.
