  • Ability to scrupulously follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Minimum lifting of 70 pounds, with the ability to push, bend, stoop, and perform other physical tasks as required.
  • CPR training required; first aid training preferred.
