Responsabilidades:

  • Colaborar con los docentes para apoyar la implementación de planes de lecciones y actividades educativas.
  • Proporcionar asistencia individualizada a los estudiantes, abordando necesidades académicas y conductuales según lo indicado por los educadores.
  • Ayudar a crear un ambiente de aula positivo e inclusivo.
  • Apoyar a los estudiantes durante las actividades de instrucción y mantener una atmósfera de aprendizaje adecuada.
  • Contribuir a la implementación de planes de educación individualizados (IEPs) y otros planes especializados según sea necesario.
  • Fomentar relaciones positivas con estudiantes, personal y padres/tutores.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia trabajando en un entorno educativo o con niños preferida.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
  • Paciencia, empatía y pasión por trabajar con estudiantes.
  • Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar de manera efectiva dentro de un equipo.
  • Disposición para someterse a las verificaciones de antecedentes y autorizaciones necesarias.

Compensación:

  • $20-$28/hora
  • Depósito directo semanal
