Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our business grow through value-based conversations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-centric approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain a high level of work ethic and commitment to success, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

  • Able to learn and adapt to new computer functions and systems.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and multi-task with ease.
  • Able to provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent.
  • Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty license and a Life and Health license.
  • Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education.
