Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Care Specialist to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Scotland, SD. As a Travel LVN/LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients within your scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet patients' needs
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
- Current South Dakota LPN license
- 2 years previous nursing experience
- American Heart Association BLS certification
Benefits:
- Competitive weekly salary: $990 - $1,078
- 8-week contract with possibility of extension

- AM shift available
