Summit Building Services is seeking a qualified and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to join our dedicated team. The position requires a commitment of 36 hours per week, with shifts scheduled from Monday to Saturday, 6 PM to 12 AM, including alternating weekends off. The starting pay is competitive at $18.50 per hour, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health insurance, mileage reimbursement, and performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Address client requests and concerns promptly and effectively.
  2. Supervise, train, and inspire team members to achieve excellence.
  3. Collaborate with HR to ensure adequate staffing and training for all positions.
  4. Coordinate coverage for employee absences to maintain service continuity.
  5. Implement disciplinary measures or terminations when necessary.
  6. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
  7. Identify and rectify any deficiencies in building maintenance.
  8. Manage work tickets efficiently.
  9. Prepare and submit reports to the Area Manager.
  10. Recommend special project work as needed.
  11. Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and competencies.
  12. Execute supervisory duties in alignment with company policies and relevant regulations.
