Facilities Maintenance Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at ABM Industries. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, including floors, walls, windows, and equipment
- Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- Notify management of any minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, coworkers, and management
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the company, clients, and regulatory authorities
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No experience required, on-the-job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- Customer service experience
- 1 year of similar work experience
