About the Job

The Osborne Company is seeking a highly skilled Project Oversight Specialist to lead our construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple sites, managing project schedules, and ensuring that all projects meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including site management, project coordination, and quality control.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Analyze project data and provide insights to improve project outcomes and reduce costs.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on project oversight and site management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
