At Reser's Fine Foods, we're seeking a skilled Cold Storage Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our refrigerated food manufacturing plants.

About the Role

Job Responsibilities
  • Record daily readings for ammonia, boiler, and air systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks to maintain equipment efficiency and extend lifespan.
  • Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required, including respirators for confined spaces.
  • Collaborate with Ammonia Technicians on periodic projects to improve system reliability and efficiency.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Mechanical experience essential; prior experience in refrigeration or HVAC an asset.
  • Ability to pass and maintain annual medical and pulmonary fit tests for respirator use.
  • English/Spanish bilingualism an advantage.
