Job Title: Child and Family Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child and Family Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. As a Child and Family Therapist, you will work with children, adolescents, and families to provide individual and family therapy using a broad range of modalities.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, and implement treatment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields
  • Clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
  • Passion and experience working with children, adolescents, and families
  • Knowledge of developmental principles and awareness of the intersection between normative child development and psychopathology
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
