Role Summary:
- Collaborate closely with management and senior engineers in heap leach and process engineering for mine development and optimization projects.

- Lead small to medium-scale projects as a project manager

- Work collaboratively with various disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects
- Contribute to the engineering design process from initial scoping to execution
- Oversee metallurgical laboratory testing operations
- Perform metallurgical balance assessments for mining activities
- Engage in project cost estimation and documentation
- Assist in the development of project specifications, drawings, and proposals
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project proposals
- Participate in equipment procurement and quality assurance during project construction
- Prioritize safety in all design and construction initiatives
- Degree in Metallurgical, Chemical, Process, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Significant engineering experience in relevant sectors
- Experience in laboratory testing is beneficial
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Background in mineral processing, mining, or related industries is preferred
- Experience with base metals or industrial minerals is advantageous
- Familiarity with mineral processing operations and construction
- Strong skills in process modeling and simulation
- Proven project management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Able to excel in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliability and a strong commitment to work ethics
