Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Power Engineer to join our team as a Technical Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of power hardware, ensuring a balance between technical requirements, program cost, and delivery schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and test power hardware, including power supplies, power electronics, and other related systems.
  • Ensure that all technical requirements are met, while also considering program cost and delivery schedule.
  • Develop and maintain procurement specifications and interface control documents.
  • Responsible for integration, test, and verification events to support system-level requirements.
  • Provide periodic status updates to senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in power electronics, power systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with hardware design, analysis, and troubleshooting of high-reliability power electronics.
  • Previous or current Product Engineer, technical lead, or equivalent experience.
Desired Skills
  • Familiarity with power supply requirements.
  • Experience working with subcontractors, composing Statement of Work documents.
  • Previous or current Certified Product Engineer (CPE) or equivalent experience.
  • PSPICE, Saber, or other electronics simulation tool experience.
