  • Communication:
    • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
    • Draft communications, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
  • Problem-Solving:
    • Identify and address operational challenges, proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
    • Provide support and guidance to departments facing operational issues.
  • Special Projects:
    • Handle special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
    • Ensure the successful execution and completion of these projects, delivering results that align with company objectives.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Mentor and guide the project management team, fostering professional growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university and 5 to 8 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in operations management, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing global company.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Flexibility to handle changing priorities and new challenges.
    • Experience in developing and executing business strategies with proven ability to align organizational goals with strategic objectives.
    • Strong attention to detail.
  • Computer Skills:
    • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary: $175,000 to $250,000.
