Job Opportunity:
We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled window cleaning specialists to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, be team-oriented, and demonstrate reliability.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary starting at $18 per hour, with the potential for additional earnings through piecework compensation, allowing our team to earn 15-20% more based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-rise window cleaning utilizing various techniques including rope descent systems and swing stages.
- Perform mid-rise and low-rise window cleaning using water-fed poles and extension ladders.
- Ensure safety and efficiency while interacting with clients at job sites.
- Maintain organization of tools and equipment at our operational base.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in window cleaning is essential, with references available for verification.
- Candidates must be in excellent physical condition, capable of lifting over 50 lbs regularly, and able to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Proficiency in using extension ladders up to 40ft is required.
- A valid US driver's license is mandatory.
