- Three years of experience in a supervisory position with a medical practice.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with physicians, management, staff, and external agencies/customers.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
- Experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
