Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve clinical operations and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, management, and staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve clinical and operational goals.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Three years of experience in a supervisory position with a medical practice.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with physicians, management, staff, and external agencies/customers.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
