RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking a seasoned imaging cardiologist to lead a team of advanced cardiac specialists at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. This role offers a unique blend of leadership responsibility and clinical expertise in non-invasive cardiology and cardiac imaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and direction to a multidisciplinary team of cardiologists, radiologists, and cardiac surgeons
- Develop and implement a prestigious cardiac imaging program at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center
- Mentor residents and fellows in advanced cardiac imaging techniques
- Participate in valve clinic and cardiology service coverage
Requirements:
- Board certification in Cardiology
- New Jersey licensure or eligibility
- 5+ years of post-fellowship experience in cardiology
- 3-5 years of experience in Structural Heart Interventional Imaging
- Independent performance of structural heart imaging guidance for interventional procedures
- Proficiency in CT and MRI
- Prior leadership experience preferred
