Satellite Network Traffic Manager, Kuiper Space Solutions

At Amazon Kuiper Commercial Services LLC, we're revolutionizing global broadband access with Project Kuiper, a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit. As a Principal Product Manager for Capacity Traffic Management, you'll play a leading role in shaping the quality of service policies for all customer connectivity traffic on our Kuiper satellite communication network, globally.
We're looking for an experienced professional who can define and implement QoS policies for consumer, business, and government connectivity traffic on a shared network at a global scale. You'll work closely with external-services product managers, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders to craft working backwards, business requirements documents that translate seamlessly into product and engineering deliverables.
This is a fast-paced environment where you'll collaborate with highly technical cross-functional teams, analyze data, and create QoS policy models with KPIs for different customer segments. Your deep understanding of customer needs for modern telecommunication services will be invaluable in helping us deliver high-quality services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end product delivery and have worked within high-scale fixed, wireless, and satellite telecommunications services. Additionally, they must be able to interpret network resource costs and productize them into QoS policies aligned with our services portfolio strategy.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree - 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 7+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
