Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Interventionist to join our team at Butterfly Effects. As a Child Interventionist, you will work directly with children with autism, helping them develop essential skills such as communication, social interaction, and self-care. You will also work with families to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one support to children with autism in their natural environments
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans in collaboration with families and other professionals
  • Work with families to promote positive behavior change and improve quality of life
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families
  • Ability to lift or move approximately 50 lbs. and assume various postures for extended periods
