As a Laboratory Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care by performing and reporting clinical laboratory tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, and troubleshooting laboratory procedures.
About the Role- Perform and report clinical laboratory tests with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot laboratory procedures
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
- Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technician required
- Certification from a National Credentialing Agency (NCA) or American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) certification preferred
- Part-time position with 50 hours every two weeks, including 10-hour weekday shifts and on-call responsibilities
- Competitive hourly rate of $31.75 per hour
- Front-loaded PTO and options for free health insurance
- Sign-on bonus of $5,000 with a 2-year commitment
